NBFSA, LLC was formed in May 2006 for the purposes of administering group association insurance business for the company owners, Matt Lievens and Ed Klayman who have over 30 years combined experience in the insurance business. Matt and Ed independently have their own captive agencies. The NBFSA system was built with agility and flexibility as a priority and the main purpose was to implement controls over the business being written in the group/association marketplace. All of the systems have been developed internally and are proprietary to NBFSA. Our systems provide our insurance carrier clients with online access to eligibility and reporting for the insured members and groups. Through a secure remote desktop connection our carrier clients may view all approved marketing material, active policies, insurance certificates, and the approval documentation for the entire block of business. Today NBFSA provides administrative services for insurance and non-insurance programs with 8 different insurance carriers, 16 different associations for over 3,000 different programs. NBFSA offices are located in Winston-Salem, NC.
