We are experienced in trust accounting audit and compliance, business planning and structuring, rent roll sale / purchase and due diligence on the sale and acquisition of rent rolls / businesses, as well as training and investigations. Over the years, NDC has worked with in excess of 250 clients in the Real Estate sector including franchise groups and independent agents. Today, NDC is operated and led by Neil's son, James who has extensive real estate experience both at an individual agency, group and corporate level. James is a Chartered Accountant with 20 years experience at both KPMG in audit, management consulting and restructuring, and in private practice.
