What is ABA Therapy? ABA Therapy is a science-based application of behavioral principles that will increase or decrease targeted behaviors. ABA can be applied to help individuals learn and maintain skills (e.g., social, language, play and self-help skills) while decreasing maladaptive behaviors (e.g., self-injury, aggression, self-stimulatory). * * * When maladaptive behaviors interfere with an individuals ability to learn and maintain necessary skills for the overall betterment of their health and social life, NESS Behavior Consulting can help.
