Netstars Co., Ltd. is a Japanese internet service company launched by IT engineers in 2009 for the purpose of delivering services combining Japanese technologies with Chinese technologies through the internet to the world. We are engaged in Fintech payment services, international telecommunications services and development of applications for smartphones, etc., by taking advantage of our features. In particular, since our foundation, we have been supporting Tencent Holdings Limited, the No. 1 internet service company in Asia, to expand its business in Japan, such as deployment of Japanese version of MobileQQ as well as business development and operation in Japan of WeChat Payment and WeChat Wi-fi, etc. While Japanese market is maturing due to its population decrease, new businesses based on the state-of-the-art mobile technologies such as Fintech, Sharing or AI are rapidly developing in China. We would like to have Japanese society and daily life more affluent and enjoyable, by actively developing the latest technology services originating from China. We aim to develop ourselves as a global company born in Japan that can expand its business not only in China but growing Asia and the world over, by leveraging our technologies improved in Japan and China as well as our network.
