Neurosurgical Associates, Ltd offers monthly payment plans, MedCredit financing and hardship discounts. If you cannot pay your portion of the medical bill in full, the business office will work with you. If you do not have insurance or money to pay your bill, there may still be options available for you. You will be asked to apply for Medical Assistance or Minnesota Care before you can qualify for our hardship program. This is so we can conserve funds for people with no other source of payment for their medical bills. Minnesotans in need of health care, nutrition assistance, child care assistance and emergency assistance can now apply online through ApplyMN, This new site allows Minnesotans for the first time to fill out a single application online for a majority of public assistance programs. To help determine if you qualify for a hardship discount, Neurosurgical Associates: Uses income guidelines issued by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services; Considers all of your financial assets and family size; and Requires you to provide the personal and financial information we as for. You will continue to receive a bill until we decide if you qualify for the program.
