Nevile & Co. is a boutique legal firm located in Collins Street, Melbourne, opposite the Grand Hyatt Hotel, with associated offices in Sydney and Brisbane. Established for forty-five years, we are large enough to have essential resources and expertise in our areas of practice, while maintaining personal service and a competitive fee structure. Over the past thirty years, we have developed a significant off-shore client base, dealing with hundreds of clients worldwide but particularly in Asia. Our in-house language skills include Mandarin, Cantonese, Indonesian, Spanish and Greek, with access to other languages as required. In China we have a Head of China business based in Beijing, Renee Zhu. We also have a Chinese local call number direct to our office in Melbourne. In Indonesia we have a secretary based in Jakarta, Ery Tanan. Costs billing and money are important to our clients and to us. Our Terms of Engagement contain a Costs Agreement and Costs Disclosure Statement. We consider it good business practice to be completely transparent and flexible about the way we charge for our services. Wherever possible we are happy to fix a fee so you can budget. In some situations, because of the nature of the instructions, it is not possible to reasonably fix or even estimate a figure. We will in those circumstances set benchmarks by agreement with you and provide you with an estimated range of fees. Regular communication will keep you fully informed of your financial exposure to our fees. Nevile & Co. closely collaborate with a number of trusted professionals and which can be of valuable service to our clients. We are able to refer you to our contacts to guide you further in your matters, such as accountants, mortgage brokers, real estate agents, barristers and others.
