nGAP

nGAP Incorporated was founded in early 2008 and is headquartered in Bonsall, California. The company was created to provide unique cloud based solutions that effectively address many of the inefficiencies in United States Government procurement. Key company personnel each have several years of experience in developing and/or marketing procurement solutions to the Federal Government. Personnel have testified before Congressional committee on the subject of government procurement. The company's vision is to create and deploy enterprise class solutions to the government that include contract creation, order processing, order fulfillment, as well as reporting and oversight functionality on a government-wide basis. The solutions that will address this vision are the Open Acquisition System (OAS) and the Open Acquisition Reporting System (OARS), each of which are discussed more fully in other sections of this website. Order fulfillment is accomplished by integrating branded websites with OAS systems as required for each unique government organization. nGAP also maintains its own proprietary online store, GovEx, which serves both government and commercial customers.
