Normand & Associates is somewhat unique in that while we are a general practice law firm with a significant emphasis on litigation, our attorneys concentrate in separate, specialized areas. While the firm is well known for its strong personal injury and family law practice, Normand & Associates continues to be a general practice law firm, offering a wide array of legal services. For example, in addition to handling major personal injury cases, Attorney James Normand handles probate cases, wills and estate planning, business incorporation, zoning, and real estate matters. He also serves as a court-assigned mediator to help parties in court fashion their own solution. Normand & Associates strives to be trusted legal counsel for families and small businesses throughout New Hampshire. We intentionally provide services that are broad enough to serve the needs of most families and businesses. If the client requires expertise that is not within the scope of our services, we readily refer the client to the appropriate attorney who can best serve the client.
