We're based in the heart of Zürich, and we're connected with the local community, with a local and international candidate pool built up over 15 years. We want to build relationships, develop a true understanding of our clients' needs and solve their problems wherever we can. And we love what we do. After exceeding all of our targets in 2015, we don't want to stop now. In fact, we want to continue to position ourselves for further growth. That's why we invest heavily in our own recruitment and development to make sure our consultants are specialists in their markets and the best of the industry. My aim is to continue to promote and create opportunities for our people based on team work and positive attitude. We want to build a pipeline of industry leaders. To that end, we're currently looking for four experienced hires. We'll consider people from any location and for two of them, German isn't essential. We're looking for candidates who've had success in their recruitment career thus far with a drive to shine even further. At Nicoll Curtin, we believe in putting people first. We're excited about the future. Our UK team moved into a new office at the beginning of the year, and we have plans to expand our Swiss office too. We're excited about our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives too. We currently partner with local schools in Switzerland to teach them valuable life skills and prepare them for writing their first CV, applying for jobs, interviewing and the work place in general. It's great to be able to give something back to the community.
