Nicolson Bray has developed its own proprietary Business Maturity Framework in order to measure and manage Business Change across complex multi Divisional environments. In addition we provided readiness assessments, communications strategy and planning, training plans and stakeholder/sponsorship activities for a multi £million three year Information Security Transformation programme. Through successfully embedding this into BAU activities we were able to ensure a robust and thorough Business Change across an environment of 400+ people.
