NIELIT (www.nielit.gov.in) is the certifying agency for the NDLM/DISHA programme. NIELIT is conducting first of its kind web based remotely proctored online examination under NDLM-DISHA project and issues digitally signed e-Certificate to the qualified candidates. One person in the age group of 14 to 60 years, from every household which is digitally illiterate, would become eligible for consideration under the Scheme and may appear in the examination.
