Nightlife Disability Services

Nightlife is a unique service that fills a gap in the disability support landscape. The support that is provided by Nightlife is uniquely tailored to the support needs of each person and delivered by well trained competent staff. After nearly a decade of successfully providing night time support like no other service, Nightlife is looking forward to a period of multi-dimensional growth. This growth will include increasing the numbers of people who access the service, expanding the target groups that we support, adding to the geographical area in which we operate as well as diversifying the service delivery model to include daytime support and providing relief staffing where other supports break down. Nightlilfe is an accredited, incorporated organisation who is also a registered charity. Nightlife is governed by a Committee of Management who oversee the governance and strategic directions of the organisation and the day to day operations are run by a small and dedicated Management team. Nightlife staff are committed to providing dignified, supportive care. Our staff undergo intensive, ongoing training which encompasses manual handling, OH&S, professional development on disability related topics and immersion in Nightlife's founding values and principles. All staff are comprehensively trained with each individual they are supporting to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users, the staff member themselves and for the service itself.
