Throughout all Terms & Conditions documents, NixServers means TIER SRL. 1.2 NixServers will provide the customer the services as they are detailed on its website, respecting the displayed technical specifications, only after payment confirmation for at least one month in advance. NixServers reserves its right to select its customers based on any criteria, at any given time, by this we also understand the termination of any active services at any given time for any reason we consider necessary.
