The Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California (NPH) is the Bay Area's voice for affordable housing. NPH represents more than 750 affordable housing developers, advocates, community leaders and businesses, working to secure resources, promote good policy, educate the public and support affordable homes as the foundation for thriving individuals, families and neighborhoods. NPH has a proud track record of success initiating, supporting, and passing affordable housing policy at the state, regional, and local levels. By partnering with communities around Northern California, we've played a leading role in identifying and bringing to the ballot key revenue measures that reinvest in our communities and create more affordable homes across the Bay Area.
