Nortech was established in 1991 supplying domestic, commercial, agricultural and industrial customers with electronic security equipment. We fit the more standard alarm packages associated with an average domestic property and also specialise in one off systems designed specifically to alarm hard to protect areas such as yards and storage areas. Our systems can be connected to communicate using all forms of currently available communication including text messaging, voice messaging and more secure Redcare and Dualcom monitoring via an Alarm Receiving Centre. Our servicing and maintenance contracts are amongst the cheapest available from an inspectorate approved installer. We have a large database of contract customers who have used us every year since we started trading to provide their annual maintenance checks. We often attend third party installed systems based on recommendation from our existing customers and poor service from their previous installer. It is our aim to design systems that not only fit with the requirements of current installation and police regulations but also provide the latest functionality. By constantly looking at new technology as it becomes available, we can provide solutions to almost every security detection situation that customers present us with. We have since the mid 90s been inspectorate approved with the SSAIB who visit us every 12 months to check our compliance with security installation standards in the UK. As registered SSAIB installers we are well respected by insurance companies, often obtaining direct referrals from them to meet their own exacting standards. We are currently on the Lancashire Police list of "compliant installers" to the ACPO police policy supporting the need to reduce false alarms by the quality of design of alarm installations. All our staff are checked by Lancashire Police prior to employment and also vetted to BS7858 for a 10 year previous history. We not only hold employee and public liability insurance but policies to cover failure to perform, wrongful advice and product efficacy. We pride ourselves on an excellent level of customer care and quality of installations.
