Northland AFC

Northland AFC is an adult foster care provider licensed in St. Louis and Carlton counties. We provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities. We currently operate 13 homes, of which 11 are traditional four consumer homes. We have two programs that were converted from a duplex where we can offer services to individuals who have higher needs or simply need a different type of setting. We have had great success providing services to individuals with behavioral issues and are able to meet the needs of even the most difficult to place individuals. All programs include positive reinforcement and teaching of alternative more pro social behaviors.
