In the 1930's Max Litman founded North Shore Fuel to supply heating coal to the same community. During the Second World War these companies as friendly competitors supplied both coal and fueloil to their customers and helped each other so that all of their customers stayed warm and comfortable. In 1996 the two companies merged under the son and grandsons of the original founders to continue the tradition of servicing their customers first. Today NSF-MBO is still a family oriented company supplying heating and air conditioning equipment and service and fuel oil to its many loyal customers. We are often asked why our pricing is higher than some of the prices quoted in the newspapers by other companies.
