NorthView focuses on multifamily development and construction within the Triangle region of North Carolina. NorthView Construction serves as general contractor for all projects developed by NorthView Partners. This relationship allows NorthView to provide superior craftsmanship, efficient pricing, and a controlled delivery schedule for all projects. NorthView Construction's knowledge and experience is offered to select third-party clients in both new construction projects and renovation projects. Mark Barker, former Senior Vice President of multifamily development for Colonial Properties Trust and former Director at Wood Partners, leads NorthView along with Frank Morisey of Morisey Commercial, and Michael Peele of NorthView Construction. Collectively the partners have been involved in the development and construction of nearly 8,000 apartments and numerous commercial transactions.
