Originally created as a division of the New Providence Development Company, The New Providence Water Development Company (NPWDCo) is a provider of water and wastewater services for residents in Western New Providence. The Company was initially founded by E. P. Taylor a wealthy Canadian businessman whose vision it was to develop Lyford Cay Now provides water and wastewater services to service area. Through its service agreement with the Water & Sewerage Corporation, NPWDCo has and continues to service residents in Lyford Cay, Old Fort Bay, Mount Pleasant, Serenity and the surrounding western areas. Our Mission: To provide customers with easily accessible, modern, reliable and safe water supply and waste water services while fulfilling our commitment as a community partner and maintaining the highest level of customer service.
