National Recovery Solutions, LLC is a (WOSB) nationally licensed, insured, and bonded debt recovery agency. Our focus is in the collection of higher education and government debt. Currently, we are a sub-contractor on the debt collection services contract for ED. NRS has the experience working all aspects of the ED contract. We have a thorough understanding of all processes and compliance needed to be successful. Our leadership team has over 100 years of combined managerial experience specifically in the Higher Education sector. Our experience centers on the Federal and non-Federal student loan sector including the US Department of Education, Guaranty Agencies, College, Universities and private student loan lenders. Also, our leadership team is a combination of former BPO ARM and CRM executives; including directors, general managers, and vice presidents. With this certification, NRS complies with uniform and rigorous industry standards of best practices including account documentation, consumer complaint and dispute resolution, vendor management, resale, and other operational procedures.
