Nebraska Salt & Grain

Nebraska Salt & Grain, Co., NSG Transport, Inc. and Eagle Hills Ranch are a family-owned group of businesses. Norm and Colleen Geiken established Nebraska Salt & Grain, Co. in the mid-1970's and operations have grown from there to include transportation, merchandising, grain storage and cattle and crop production. Joined in leadership of the companies by sons Wade, Shane and Todd, NSG currently employs nearly 80 employees to handle the combined operations of these businesses. Located in Gothenburg, Nebraska, NSG has two business locations - 115 West 16th Street, which handles transportation, grain and salt storage and merchandising, and 520 10th Street, where accounting and bookkeeping along with the conference center facilities are located. A satellite office is also located in Lincoln, Nebraska, which also serves as an ice-control salt storage facility.
