The combination of second generation CIGS thin films and an ultra low cost proprietary manufacturing process and equipment will enable NuvoSun to produce solar cells and modules in high volume at cost points that are below Silicon and other thin film providers. This will also enable solar electricity to replace fossil fuels, including coal and natural gas. The result is a clean, locally generated source of electricity. Located in Silicon Valley and Shanghai, NuvoSun is focused on CIGS thin film cell and module development and manufacturing.
