Oak Point Partners is a private investment firm specializing in the purchase of Remnant Assets. We provide an outlet for bankruptcy trustees, creditors committees and counsel, secured lenders, restructuring officers, and business managers to turn their non-performing or remnant assets into cash. We are willing to either purchase portfolios outright for cash upfront or work them on a contingency basis where we keep a percentage of the recovery.
