Oceanskies

Oceanskies is a consultancy specialising in the registration and documentation of yachts of all sizes in all of the main yacht registry jurisdictions including the British Register of Ships, (principally in the UK, Cayman Islands, Isle of Man and Jersey), as well as Malta and the Marshall Islands. Since our launch in 2013 we have grown rapidly to become one of the largest yacht registration and documentation consultancies in Europe. We are authorised by the Yacht Brokers Designers & Surveyors Association (YBDSA) and the Royal Yachting Association (RYA) to carry out the tonnage survey of under 24 metre vessels requiring registration at the majority of the British 'red ensign' ports of registry and for Malta registration in association with our partner Transport Malta approved surveyors. As well as having offices located in the heart of Valletta in Malta, our headquarters are located in St. Peter Port harbour in Guernsey. We provide a full range of agency and concierge services to yachts visiting both locations. We have formed partnerships with licensed third party corporate service providers in various key jurisdictions. The corporate services that they provide are fused with the marine services provided by Oceanskies to provide cost effective tailor made packages including: European yacht leasing systems European yacht charter businesses Non European Temporary Admission and yacht holding structures Oceanskies also provides yacht crew employment/payroll outsourcing from both Guernsey and Malta through Oceanskies Crew Limited.
