ODM is an award-winning sales and field marketing agency, specialising in developing and running face-to-face customer engagement programmes. We offer a bespoke outsourcing solution to take our clients' products, services or brands direct to their customers. Founded in 1999 and based in Hertfordshire, we have managed campaigns for some of the biggest names on the UK high street. Much of our work has been customer recruitment focused, but the services we offer range from: field sales campaigns, field marketing and the many disciplines that fall under its banner, through to 'experiential' activities where the primary focus is to provide the customer with a memorable and positive brand experience. Sometimes projects are required to crossover all three disciplines.
