OfferBoard is an equity funding platform created in 2013 to provide a platform for private companies raising $2-50MM in capital and facilitating mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Since launching at TechCrunch Disrupt in May 2014, the OfferBoard team has successfully executed over $150MM in transactions for clients in a variety of industries, including energy, healthcare, and technology. OfferBoard was designed for, and is compliant with, Title II of the JOBS Act of 2012. The OfferBoard team has created a number of proprietary analytical tools, including the Fundability Score™, to better enhance the interaction between offering parties and investors. OfferBoard's founders include former executives from Second Market, Goldman Sachs and LendingClub. OfferBoard uses data, technology and international reach to improve fundraising for companies and leverage the networks of our partners to better deliver capital. Purpose: Unlike most capital formation platforms, OfferBoard is designed to work with, not disintermediate, existing financial service providers. Speed and efficiency in the capital raising process is the focus.
