Offertrax

Offertrax is an Internet service (the "Service") owned and operated by Offertrax, Inc. (hereafter "Offertrax", "we", "our", or "us"). "You" or "your" means an adult user of the Service acting independently or as parent or guardian for any minor whom you allow to access the Service and for whom you will be held strictly responsible. You must be thirteen years of age or older to become an Offertrax user or access the service.
