Online Commerce Group (OCG) is an e-commerce company focused on custom and made-to-order products that are made in America. Its proprietary software platform and business processes are the backbone of its portfolio of retail websites, primarily serving the home furnishings and commercial furnishings markets. OCG's core business model is Mass Customization. OCG has worked to perfect and scale the "Mass Customization" model with a suite of proprietary software that allows custom or made-to-order products to be sold online. Founded in 2004 and based in Montgomery, AL, the company has already expanded into its first international market, opening its CushionSource.ca Toronto, Canada location in March 2012.
