The Onyx Coffee Bar is owned by Edwin Martinez of Finca Vista Hermosa and operated by Drew Fitchette and Evan Bridges. The bar sources fresh whole bean from exceptional roasters around the globe, resells it by the gram and hand brews by the carafe to order. Onyx Coffee Bar has three seats, no milk and no sugar.
