Open Arms
We serve those with mobility impairments, cognitive impairments and sensory impairments. As well as those with risk factors such as wander-risk, fall-risk, choke-risk, frailty, and caregiver burnout. The primary objectives of the program are to: Provide relief for families with caregiving responsibilities. Promote highest level of functioning and independence. Delay or prevent the need for institutional care. Monitor the health and well-being of all of its participants. At Open Arms we consider our seniors and adults as family, and we tailor our program to fit our family's needs. Open Arms has a dedicated team of healthcare professionals who conduct a comprehensive assessment of each potential participant to determine and plan services needed to meet the individual's specific health and social needs. We are a multi-lingual program. Primary languages spoken include: English, Spanish, and Tagalog. At Open Arms we take pride in our seniors and adults. We want our participants to feel empowered, thrive and have a sense of autonomy. © Open Arms 2016
