OpenSimSim

OpenSimSim offers everyone the opportunity to be a part of the design and building process of urban and architectural projects - from needs or wishes to implementation and revision. It is a community driven platform which offers the possibility to share ideas, concepts, experience and knowledge, and to inspire people throughout the design process. We are currently working on launching the platform's first module. Inspired by the wish to help people in Japan after the March 11th earthquake and tsunami, we decided to start an initiative called "OpenJapan". We at OpenSimSim believe that monetary assistance helps but is not necessarily the only solution. By launching the initiative "OpenJapan", we would like to offer the opportunity to donate other valuable resources: time, knowledge and experience. We received great feedback worldwide from many people wanting to help or proposing ideas for projects.
