This is made possible through full-service back office management and significant discounts on common industry tools, such as Salesforce and LinkedIn. Opolis launched from Lakeshore in 2015. The company was started out of a need to make a positive change within the recruiting industry. To do so, Opolis is taking aim at uniting a highly fragmented industry (30K+ firms with $10MM in annual sales) into a collaborative service and outcomes-based model, versus a competitive "sales focused" model.
