At OPSM, we offer four weeks free exchange for disposable contact lenses. If your practitioner recommends an alteration to your prescription within 4 weeks of purchase, we'll exchange the lenses you have remaining for the new lenses. If the cost of the new lenses is less than the old lenses, we will refund the difference. If the cost of the new lenses is more we will provide a full refund so you can place a new order.
