Optamor

Optamor has been providing a Training Partnership to our customer since July 2010, and fully manage a training budget in excess of £400k per year. In owning these activities, Optamor alleviates the burgeoning administration demands upon the business, as well as associated costs with the procurement, management of courses and content selection. This allows our customer's Learning and Development and HR teams to focus on tasks that are of more strategic value to them. Having worked in partnership for a number of years, it became apparent that embedding Optamor further into the business to take responsibility for managing the training budget on the customer's behalf would be beneficial. This would allow the HR team to focus on business as usual and ensure that Optamor provide a simple and efficient mechanism through which training providers are sourced, engaged and managed, then training is delivered, offering overall commercial and control benefits.
