Optima Site Solutions Ltd is a well established recruitment consultancy with a firm foundation based in the Construction industry. Established in 2002 by the four Director/Owners to provide blue collar labour supply to the Construction and M&E sectors and with 13 years behind us Optima now provides personnel solutions across a broad field of the industry encompassing Construction, Mechanical & Electrical, Civils/Plant Operations, Scaffolding, Rail, Data/Telecoms, Security, Professional & Technical, Shopfitting & Interiors and Security Cleared Staff. From our three offices in the South of England and one in Wales and with a database of some 80,000 Operatives situated around the UK we are able to handle contracts of any size in virtually any location in the British Isles and beyond. We have also recently expanded our operations with a fourth office in Dubai from which we are able to provide white collar Technical services to companies and candidates across the Middle East.
