When you place your order it will be reviewed by a doctor, in conjunction with your pet's medical record, and approved if the doctor feels it is medically appropriate. All prescriptions become a permanent part of your pet's medical record. Some prescriptions need to be monitored closely by a doctor during their use. If it is determined that your pet needs to be examined by a doctor before refilling a prescription, we will notify you. Oradell Animal Hospital has a close relationship with the drug companies who supply us with our medications, so you can enjoy peace-of-mind knowing that the drug manufacturers' guarantee their products' quality. Other well-known online retailers can not make such a claim. Shipping Policy: All products are shipped via U.S.P.S mailed from our hospital in Paramus, NJ. Packages will normally be sent out one business day after the order is received. Delivery is usually next day but never more than 3 days. Shipping for prescription drug orders is $5.00. Refund Policy: Your satisfaction is important to us and we will resolve your concern. We allow refunds on a case by case basis. Please call our office to discuss.
