Oriano specializes in Turnkey Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) for Utility Scale Solar Power Plants, Solar farms and Rooftops. Oriano is installing solar power projects totaling 40+ MW across Karnataka, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu. Oriano is helping businesses reduce their energy cost and help them meet their sustainability goals by substituting their fossil fuel based power with clean, renewable energy. Oriano is creating long-term positive impact for sustainable growth of the community, local economic development and the environment. Oriano is a spin-off of CCL Opto Electronics Pvt. Ltd. and was incorporated in June 2015. CCL Opto was founded in year 2000 and is a leading player in fiber optic components for Telecom industry in India. CCL Opto entered the solar energy space in year 2010 by forming JV with Lauren Engineers, USA and won four solar thermal projects. The JV successfully executed Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management for one of the Asia's largest 50 MW solar thermal project for Godawari Green Energy in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. With a triple bottom line approach of economics, environment sustainability and social development, Oriano is making solar energy affordable and accessible to the mass market, generating income for rural households by creating job opportunities at the BoP and reducing greenhouse gases (GHG).
