OSG was founded by Tony Gibson in 1992 as Object Systems Group, a consultancy assisting companies in the transition to object-oriented technology. As evangelists for that technology, OSG helped clients understand how software, systems and organizational competencies needed to evolve in response to the new approach. Along the way OSG also acquired a reputation for mentoring individuals and teams, which has become recognized throughout the industry as our hallmark. OSG has innovated along with the technology we have implemented in the years since.
