About Oulton College Located in Moncton, New Brunswick, Oulton College has been offering career-focused education to students from all across Canada since 1956. Oulton College offers training in four faculties: Health Science, Business, Human Services and Information Technology. With a student population of 700 and growing, Oulton College continues to offer a hands-on approach that helps graduates gain employment in their field of study.
