In 2012, Outsource Utility Contractor Corp. was established as a WBE-certified electrical contractor and currently operates out of Anaheim, California. Outsource specializes in distribution and transmission overhead and under-ground power line maintenance and construction. Outsource also offers design build and pre-construction services. Our staff includes skilled veterans from the utility industry. With a safety-first mindset, President Heather Morgan is committed to insuring the future growth of the company. Chief Executive Officer, Matt Bates, is an expert in the maintenance and construction of high voltage power lines and is committed to operating a company which aligns with the safety-first way of thinking. Being members of NECA, and a signatory member of IBEW local 47, Outsource has employed a group of highly skilled and trained labor professionals ready to take on any electrical project in California.
