Outworx was born from a commitment to deliver a Contact Centre Solution, which has the ability to deliver a tailored fit for any clients' campaign requirements. We developed and delivered this solution initially for a major UK insurance company drawing from experience gained in the fax to email and online marketing industries. We continue to strive to deliver the same solution of flexibility for all clients, ensuring outstanding performance and results are achieved. Since launching we have developed our business in one of the most challenging industries in the UK, and have managed to become a leading supplier of Insurance Services for UK insurance providers. We have gained valuable experience and transferable knowledge, which ensures that we can excel across other industries. Our own existing managerial experience enables us to deliver all outsourced requirements for UK clients regardless of industry.
