Oviedo Little League

Our mission is to provide a safe, fun and instructional environment for the children in the greater Oviedo area. Chartered under Little League International, Inc., and Little League District 23 of Central Florida, Oviedo Little League is Oviedo's Home Town Team and is operated by 100% volunteers. We pride ourselves on a legacy of excellent instruction from seasoned youth coaches. All coaching volunteers are required to pass coaches certification and all volunteers undergo background checks to ensure the safety of our children. Our current coaches consist of current and/or former high school, college, and professional coaches and players, and in our 50 years in operation, we have played a role in the development of countless players who have achieved success in multiple sports at the high school, college and professional levels. Aligning with our mission to serve all children, Oviedo Little League is the only league in Oviedo to offer a program for individuals of all abilities. The Little League Challenger Program is Little League's adaptive baseball program for individuals with physical and intellectual challenges. The Little League Challenger Division accommodates players ages 4-18, or up to age 22 if still enrolled in school. The Senior League Challenger Division accommodates players ages 15 and above (no maximum age). Little League Baseball is the only organization featured on ESPN and has more players in MLB than any other local league. Oviedo Little has won multiple District, Sectional and State Titles. Oviedo Girls softball also made it to the Little League World Series in 1994. Little League Mission Statement
