Ohio Valley Physicians, Inc. provides management and physician services for the Emergency Rooms at Highlands Regional Medical Center in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. The medical center provides emergency and urgent care services 24 hours a day, 365 day a year. All physicians are board certified with additional qualifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Advanced Trauma Life Support. We consistently exceed the national benchmarks for Emergency Room Services in patient satisfaction. In addition, our average waiting room and discharge time, along with the number of patient's who left without being seen, is substantially lower than the national average for emergency rooms.
