OzMozis was founded in 2009 by Dr. Michael Baxter, former World Bank Director in southern Africa. Having worked in development in Africa, Asia and the Pacific, and Latin America for over 30 years, Michael has extensive experience and networks in the public and private sectors in southern Africa and beyond. He has an innate ability to produce incisive analysis and advice in a range of sectors. Highest quality, concise reporting and the most insightful and practical cross-sectoral advice are hallmarks of his and his team's work.
