Launched in June 2003 by Rafi Haladjian, the founder of FranceNet, France's first Internet Service Provider - in 1994, Ozone is building a citywide wireless network allowing any type of device using Wi-Fi to be permanently connected from any point. Ozone is a privately held company located in Paris, France.
