Pabst, Kinney & Associates targets every aspect of property management to provide our customers with the most extensive and efficient service possible. We work with owners to tailor our programs and services to best achieve their goals and meet the needs of their properties. We interface with vendors to ensure the properties we manage are maintained properly and at a reasonable price. We assist tenants by ensuring their moves are easy, their apartments and condos are serviced promptly and paying rent is as convenient as possible. Our Property Management department currently services over 300 apartment buildings, 150 homes and condos and 12 commercial centers. Our occupancy rate is 98% for the more than 3,200 units we manage as of January 2016.
