PAAC is developing the next generation of global leaders. A four-day camp, series of one-day workshops, and PAAC's inter-school conferences will help you take your leadership skills to a whole new level. This nine month program aims to improve participants' leadership skills, including effective communication, appreciation for diversity, public speaking, goal setting, accountability, and conflict resolution. Our goal is to develop global citizens who are informed about global issues, empowered to make a difference, and feel connected with others around the world. Program components address social identity development, personal leadership, intercultural sensitivity, and global citizenship. 20 sophomore, juniors, and seniors from across the state will be selected for the 2016-17 cohort. Application Deadline is September 18, 2016.
