In 2001 Pacific Northwest Catering Company was founded by this Pacific Northwest native. Early years as an apprentice at Arnie's Restaurant and Restaurant's Unlimited, Matthew furthered his passion at Marriott International, and the Culinary Institute of America. Matt claimed first place for his Pacific Northwest Clam Chowder at the Taste of Edmonds competing against Ivar's, Arnie's, and Anthony's Restaurants. Matt specializes in weddings and continues to create amazing receptions in amazing places, each one uniquely crafted for each individual client.
