Here at the Springs Resort & Spa, the safety and health of our community, guests and employees is of utmost concern. While we have not yet had any reports of symptoms associated with Coronavirus and remain open, we have taken proactive measures to ensure cleanliness and the safety of our guests and employees according the guidance of healthcare officials. We have also established and will maintain regular communication with local and regional public healthcare authorities to ensure all appropriate steps are taken, and the health and safety of our community remains the top priority. We have also changed our cancellation policy to allow anyone with a March or April hotel booking to cancel up to and including 6 pm on the day of arrival.
