Panagene

Panagene, the worldwide exclusively licensed provider of custom PNA, provides PNA probes and related products including Fmoc PNA monomers. Its patented synthetic method can produce large quantities of highly pure PNA. Panagene has also developed PNA microarrays with better specificity, better sensitivity, and longer shelf life (minimum 1 year at room temperature) than DNA-based microarrays. Reliable discrimination of single base mismatches to diagnose drug-resistant hepatitis B virus (HBV) and highly sensitive genotyping of human papillomavirus (HPV) were demonstrated using PNA microarrays.
